The one thing boxing has over other fitness classes is it is fun - and enjoying something is one of the reasons why someone excels at something.

Led by Jo, or an experienced trainer (or all of them!), each group class is unique and offers a variation between cardio, weights, core stability, kettlebells and boxing – both on the bag and sessions with the trainer(s).
