Boxing is one of the toughest workouts you can do and training to fight is unlike any other physical exercise. Your body has to be in the best condition as every part of your body is used during a fight.

Sparring is a form of training and offers the opportunity to learn the motions of boxing – without the heavy KO blows – and conditions your body in preparation of a boxing match.

This class is led by Mojo Boxing & Fitness’ resident boxer, Sergio.


  • Monday to Saturday: 6am – 8pm

  • 30 minute sparring session: R200
  • 60 minute sparring session: R350
  • 2-3 person sparring session (60 minute): R230 per person, per class
